Responsibilities
- Manage 2-3 hospitality renovation projects simultaneously
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
- Serve as primary client contact
- Cook up coordination with Superintendents and ownership teams
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Hospitality renovation experience
- Experience with occupied hotel renovations
- Procore and Bluebeam proficiency
- Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- FF&E experience
- Multi-property renovation programs
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni
