Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeastern United States to support projects
• Manage ground-up hospitality projects of $20mm and above
• Proficiency in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, & Project Financials

Requirements

Background in managing ground-up hospitality projects of $20mm and above.

Qualifications

Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
