Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams (US, Ireland, Philippines, Asia) to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and influence GO&T team members from multiple levels in the organization.
• Keep team focused on critical project goals and initiatives.
• Responsible for delivering multiple projects on-time, on-budget and with desired business results.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable results.
• Support the development of team capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate harmonization of data systems and integration of new technologies (automation, analytics, AI/ML).

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects in manufacturing, supply chain, or IT environments.
• Track record in digital transformation, system integration, and process automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field.

Pay

$86,000 - $125,000 a year
