Job Description

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget
• Oversee project finances including cost reporting, forecasting, pay applications, subcontract management, and change orders
• Utilize Procore for project administration, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration
• Partner closely with field leadership, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Drive project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction
