Construction Project Manager - Commercial Hospitality Location: Raleigh, NC Salary: $100-140K Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a background in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, healthcare, or commercial interiors? Our client is an established and growing commercial general contractor seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.Recent hospitality or hotel construction experience is a mustExperience managing commercial projects such as hotels, restaurants, medical facilities, retail, automotive, or tenant improvements.Strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through closeout.Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and warranty.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.Lead subcontractor bidding, negotiations, contract administration, and procurement.Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.Maintain regular communication with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.Conduct project site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Track project costs and maintain accurate financial reporting and forecasting.Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and company quality standards.Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
