About Your Role
With PEAK… As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence, building trust with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project execution. In this pivotal role, you will lead the coordination between the PEAK Team and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Your expertise in budgeting and CPM scheduling will be instrumental in delivering projects on time and under budget, while your proactive approach to procurement will mitigate risks and keep progress on track. Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology
- Previous experience with estimating, budget set up, buyout and cost reporting
- Ability to work well, collaboratively, constructively, and productively with others
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize commitments/challenges against others
- Must be Self-Motivated
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members
