Job Description
- Manage commercial tenant improvement projects from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Cookordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and field teams.
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Support successful project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with office, retail, healthcare, industrial, or commercial interior renovations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore experience is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
