Essential Functions
- Manages the Client and project team to deliver projects meeting the Client's project goals and outcomes.
- Serves as liaison with clients, assisting with all project-related decisions.
- Plans, organizes, and directs project management functions throughout the project phases: preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
- Manages the contractor from bid phase through project completion, including risk management, quality assurance, safety, and overall project execution.
- Maintains budget and schedule control during the project lifecycle.
- Produces cost and status reports aligned with the Client's objectives.
- May manage and mentor an internal team of project support or work independently.
- Contributes to team performance through collaboration and effective communication.
- Adds value to the project by identifying opportunities and contributing to the team effort.
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
- Often works in an indoor office environment.
- Uses equipment including computers and standard office machines.
- Essential physical tasks include: working on a computer, answering and speaking on a telephone, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms.
- Body agility is emphasized.
- May require sitting, standing for long periods, walking, carrying, pushing, stooping, crouching, and pulling.
