Role Overview Leads and manages the State of Illinois Program 590-Crisis Care System grant, overseeing program operations, staff, and budget to ensure compliance and effective implementation. Responsibilities Include Serving as the primary liaison with the funder and maintaining communication with community partners.Managing staffing, daily operations, and ensuring adherence to policies and contractual agreements.Developing a "no wrong door" system of care and a centralized data system with standardized intake forms.Supervising data collection, reporting, and analysis, supporting process improvement initiatives.Overseeing administrative activities, including staff hiring, performance, and grant reporting.Fostering teamwork through effective communication with colleagues, healthcare providers, and the community. Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.Licensure as an LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or LCPC in Illinois.Experience in behavioral health with strong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support audits.Excellent communication, teamwork, and community engagement skills.
