Position Requirements

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong math skills and comfort with measurements
    • Excellent attention to detail and organization
    • Friendly, professional communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
    • Valid driver’s license
  • Preferred Experience:
    • In construction, renovations, or swimming pools
    • Estimating or administrative experience
    • Familiarity with drawings, layouts, or technical documents

Position Responsibilities

  • Administrative & Sales Support:
    • Respond to initial customer inquiries and route leads appropriately
    • Aid with site visits by recording measurements, photos, and notes
    • Create and maintain sales folders, including estimates, drawings, specifications, photos, and correspondence
    • Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and up to date
  • Project Coordination Support:
    • Assist with scheduling crews, inspections, and customer appointments
    • Track project milestones and update internal records
    • Support material ordering and delivery coordination
    • Maintain organized project files throughout the job lifecycle
  • Customer Communication:
    • Provide routine updates to customers as directed
    • Answer basic project and scheduling questions
    • Coordinate final walk through scheduling
    • Escalate issues, questions, or changes to management
