Project Assistant/ PCR Coordinator

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and solutions to clients in various sectors including Federal Civilian, DoW, SLED, Commercial, and Healthcare. Key areas of focus include networking, collaboration and workspace innovations, cybersecurity, data center and cloud services, AI and data analytics, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and solutions to clients in various sectors including Federal Civilian, DoW, SLED, Commercial, and Healthcare.
• Engage in networking, collaboration and workspace innovations projects.
• Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives and ensure client systems are secure.
• Manage and analyze data center and cloud services to optimize performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement AI and data analytics strategies to enhance decision-making processes.
• Oversee managed service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Proficiency in networking, cloud computing, and data management technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with managed service provider environments.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
• Understanding of data center infrastructure and cloud service offerings.
• Hands-on experience with AI and data analytics tools and techniques.
