What You’ll Do
- Keep project documentation organized, current, and audit-ready—contracts, submittals, RFIs, logs, and executed agreements.
- Cookordination communication between our internal team, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Track compliance documentation—insurance certificates, bonds, licenses—and flag gaps promptly.
- Aid in subcontractor and vendor onboarding documentation.
- Support contract setup in Procore and Sage, and assist with project closeout activities.
What You Bring
- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related field; construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you catch things others miss.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar platforms is a bonus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience is equally considered.
