About the role

The Project Coordinator / Assistant will play a crucial role in managing various projects within the organization. They will assist in planning, organizing, and executing tasks to ensure project timelines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • Manage project documentation and files
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders
  • Handle administrative tasks related to project management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or assistant roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
