About the role
The Project Coordinator / Assistant will play a crucial role in managing various projects within the organization. They will assist in planning, organizing, and executing tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Manage project documentation and files
- Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks related to project management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or assistant roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
