About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Coordinator to join our Atlanta team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating schedules, and supporting projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
  • Track project progress and provide updates to team members and management
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and reports
  • Organize project materials, resources, and administrative documentation
  • Support daily operations and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
