Role Overview

This position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a specialized pulmonary progressive care unit, focusing on patients with acute respiratory conditions such as lung transplants, pulmonary hypertension, and ventilator support. The nurse collaborates closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety, education, and comfort. Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards.
  • Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and valid RN license required; no prior experience necessary.
