Progressive Pulmonary Care Unit RN (Full-Time) (Nights)

Role Overview: The position involves providing high-quality nursing care in a specialized Pulmonary Progressive Care Unit, focusing on patients with acute respiratory and pulmonary conditions such as lung transplants, pulmonary hypertension, and ventilator support. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.Promote patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.Develop and communicate individualized care plans aligned with nursing standards and patient needs.Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN licensure.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
