Program Coordinator (Therapy Assistant)

Overview

Key Rehab is seeking a Program Coordinator- Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant in a full-time capacity to join their team in Liberal, KS. The rate range is $35-42/hr with a $5K sign-on bonus available for Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Education & Experience

• Required: Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
• Preferred: Prior experience in long-term care settings and service coordination
• Required: Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
• Required: CPR certification
• Required: Valid driver’s license and car insurance as required by state law
• Required: Other items as required by federal, state, and local standards

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and team collaboration
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with geriatric population
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations
