Program Coordinator (Registered Therapist)

About the role

Key Rehab is seeking a Full-time Program Coordinator - OT/PT/SLP to join their team in the Mt. Pleasant, IA area, serving SNF and Assisted Living Facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OT, PT, or SLP)
• Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff
• Minimize administrative burden and provide support to allow clinicians to deliver therapy services
• Cook up staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor

• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations
