Program Coordinator (Therapy Assistant)

Overview

Key Rehab is seeking a Full-time Program Coordinator- OTA/PTA to join their team in Mount Pleasant, IA. The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited PTA or OTA program and possess prior experience in long-term care settings and service coordination.

About the Role

The Program Coordinator provides therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA) and serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff. This role minimizes administrative burden and supports clinicians in delivering therapy services. Additionally, this position coordinates staffing and daily schedules to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA)
• Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff
• Minimize administrative burden and support clinicians in delivering therapy services
• Coordinate staffing and daily schedules to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor
