Program Coordinator (Registered Therapist)
Overview
Key Rehab is seeking a Full-time Program Coordinator- OT or PT to join their team in Macy, NE in a SNF setting.
About the Role
This position serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, managing administrative tasks and supporting therapy services. It also coordinates staffing and schedules to meet performance metrics under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Key Rehab and community staff
- Manage administrative tasks to minimize workload for therapy providers
- Coordinate staffing and daily schedules to meet performance indicators
- Support therapy providers in delivering high-quality services
Qualifications
- Current PT, OT, or SLP license in the state(s) assigned
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver license and car insurance
- Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations
