Program Coordinator (Therapy Assistant)

About the role

Key Rehab is seeking a Program Coordinator-OTA to join our team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited PTA or OTA program and preferably have prior experience in long-term care and service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA)
• Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff
• Minimize administrative burden and support clinicians in delivering therapy services
• Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor

• Experience with Geriatric Population
• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations
