Key Rehab is seeking a Full-time Program Coordinator- OT or PT to join their team in Macy, NE, in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, minimizing administrative burden and supporting therapy services delivery.
- Coordinate staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Efficient task management and addressing challenges with effective solutions.
- Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to seamless teamwork.
- Exceptional Communication: Clear and effective interactions with patients and colleagues through outstanding oral and written communication.
- Prior Experience with Geriatric Population: Understanding of unique needs of elderly patients.
- Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
