Professional - Export Coordinator

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin (Onsite) – 5 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours per week). Contract duration: 6+ months (open-ended). Pay rate: $22/hr max.

About the role

This position requires providing customer service and problem resolution for order inquiries. The role involves using SAP and SED to manage order and material information from various sources. The successful candidate will work with customers, vendors, the warehouse team, and carriers to schedule shipments and meet delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve order inquiries and other issues.
• Utilize SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information.
• Ensure all required export documents are complete, accurate, and transmitted to the correct parties in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, warehouse teams, and carriers to schedule shipments according to delivery requirements.
• Handle standard and non-standard picks for all applicable countries.
• Provide freight quoting and manage shipment consolidation, closing, and completion.
• Assume complete export responsibilities to provide coverage and back-up support, including KTW to KTE shipments and sales order entry.
• Support quoting, alternative sourcing, and research for customer-initiated claims and repairs.

Requirements

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Previous success in roles such as customer service, logistics, or procurement operations associate.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting metrics, including daily shipping deadlines and initial customer response within 24 hours.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Capability and adaptability to assume complete export responsibilities.
