Export Coordinator

About the Role

This is a 6+ month contract position located in Neenah, WI. The shift is Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $22-$24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution for order inquiries and various questions or issues.
• Utilize SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information obtained from Procurement, vendors, and other sources.
• Ensure all required export documents are complete, accurate, and transmitted correctly and timely to appropriate parties.
• Work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team, and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements.
• Handle standard/non-standard picks for all applicable countries.
• Provide freight quoting and manage shipment consolidation, close, and completion.
• Support tentative pricing capability and adapt to assume complete export responsibilities for seamless coverage, including flow-to-the-work and back-up support.
• Manage KTW to KTE shipments and sales order entry for all countries.
• Support quoting, alternative sourcing, and research/resolution of customer-initiated claims and repairs.
• Perform other export-related activities as requested.

Requirements

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting established metrics, including:
  • 100% daily shipping deadlines.
  • Initial customer response within 24 hours.
  • One or fewer customer service-related claims per month.
• Previous experience as a customer service, logistics, or procurement operations associate is preferred.

Pay

$22-$24 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday.
