Responsibilities

• Performs hemodialysis treatment procedures with safe and efficient care.
• Provides specialized registered nursing care in accordance with state law.
• Assesses patients thoroughly and documents responses to renal failure and treatments.

• Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
  • Current RN license for PA and current CPR certification (within three months of hire).
  • One year of Hemodialysis RN experience (two to three years preferred).
  • Strong technical/computer proficiency with relevant software.

  Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
  • Experience: One year of Hemodialysis RN experience (two to three years preferred).
  • License: Current RN license for PA and current CPR certification.
  • Skills: Strong technical/computer proficiency with relevant software.

  Schedule

  This Dialysis Unit operates 3 days per week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday. As in any setting, this involves teamwork and coordinating care with the healthcare team. In addition to the healthcare team, you are also required to maintain strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with clients (site Managed Healthcare, DOC/BOP, etc.).
