Responsibilities
- Serve as the responsible attorney on M&A transactions, particularly in private equity deals.
- Gain opportunities for advancement while working in a small office environment with the resources of a larger firm.
- Receive training and take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress.
- Participate in business development activities and collaborate across practice groups and offices.
- Work closely with clients and manage relationships, offering tailored legal solutions in private equity transactions.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience working with private equity transactions, preferably in leveraged buyouts and M&A.
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S. since 2021 or earlier.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent law school and undergraduate credentials, along with strong references.
- A team-oriented mentality and a keen interest in working in a collaborative environment.
- Business acumen and a strong interest in developing relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
- A motivated self-starter with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
