About the role
A 3rd-6th year attorney with private equity and M&A experience is needed.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and other ancillary transaction documents.
- Meeting the day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
- Playing a lead role as an extension of the client business teams in a team-orientated and dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Good business and strategic judgment.
- Excellent academic credentials and prior large firm experience working with private equity sponsors.

Pay
The expected annual pay range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000. Final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
