Responsibilities

  • Utilize a minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience
  • Engage in challenging work involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements, venture capital financing, and more
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse clientele, including NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX listed companies, spanning various industries

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience
  • Florida bar membership in good standing
  • Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach

Job Details

Salary: $180,000 - $245,000 per year
