Associate, Private Equity

About the role

This position is an Associate level role within our Private Equity team. You will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales efforts
• Manage relationships with existing clients and prospects
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with private equity or venture capital preferred
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The position is full-time and requires on-site work in Boston, MA.
