Role & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare for infants with low acuity needs, including G-tube management.
- Deliver clinical care in clients' homes, ensuring positive health outcomes.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in each patient's home.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and offer support to patients and families.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component; TB test within last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation and prior nursing experience preferred but not required.
