Role & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers, in a home setting.
- Manage low-acuity cases with specialized needs, including G-tube care.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; transfer of compact licenses within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation to patient homes.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
