Private Duty Nurse LPN - Low Acuity Infant

About the role

Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing care to infants with low acuity needs, such as G-tubes, in a private duty setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized patient care in home settings
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using provided tablets
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• Support patients and families with compassionate, empathetic care

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact license transfer within 90 days if applicable
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
