Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Low Acuity Infant

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate homecare to infants with low acuity needs, including G-tube management
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care

Qualifications and Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• PREFERRED: Six months of hands-on nursing experience

Key Duties

• Delivering quality nursing care in a home setting
• S supporting patient health and safety
• Participating in ongoing training and skill development
• Providing flexible scheduling options, including days, nights, and weekends
• Engaging with local support teams and utilizing electronic documentation tools
