Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing
- Document patient care in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
