Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN - Low Acuity Infant

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care to pediatric patients, primarily infants with low acuity and G-tube needs.
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and safety.
• Adhering to licensure, certification, and health requirements, including CPR and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation; prior hands-on experience preferred but not required.
