About the role

Provide high-quality homecare for pediatric patients, managing complex medical needs such as G-tube, trach, and vent care, and working collaboratively to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care in patients' homes.
• Use electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
• Support patients across various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Participate in skill development and training opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
