Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care for children and toddlers with varying acuity levels, including managing G-tubes, Trachs, and Vents
• Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate homecare, documentation, and collaboration with team members
• Support patients and families, adhering to safety and care protocols
• Deliver personalized nursing care
• Utilize electronic documentation tools
• Uphold compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

• Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB testing
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
