About the role
Join a leading home healthcare provider as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with low acuity needs, including G-tube management.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
- Supporting patients and families with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
