Private Duty Nurse LPN - Low Acuity

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers with low acuity needs and G-tube care.
• Ensure clinical outcomes through skilled nursing procedures and patient care.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patients and families.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; for compact licenses, transfer within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available post-hire).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
