Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers with low acuity needs and G-tube care.
- Ensure clinical outcomes through skilled nursing procedures and patient care.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patients and families.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; for compact licenses, transfer within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available post-hire).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
Key Duties
- Deliver personalized nursing care in a home setting.
