Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare for toddlers with low acuity needs, including G-tube management.
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through patient-centered care, documentation via electronic tablets, and collaboration with a team.
• Support patients' well-being and safety while maintaining compliance with licensing and health requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• PREFERRED: Six months hands-on nursing experience
