Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation

Salary: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Schedule
- Schedule 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm, Sunday 9:00am-9:00pm
- Schedule 2: Friday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm
