Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN-Charge Nurse to join our team at our facility in Oldenburg, IN. The LPN-Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff for that shift, providing direct patient care, and ensuring that all nursing operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing staff
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Monitor patient progress and update medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
• Prior experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Knowledge of nursing standards and regulations
