About the role

Providing high-quality homecare for pediatric patients, including those with G-tube, Trach, and Vent needs. Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care. Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes. Collaborating with a team of clinicians and support staff.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
