Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• 1 year prior hands-on nursing experience required with some exceptions
• Must have reliable transportation

Pay

$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
