LPN Pediatric Private Duty Nursing

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders
• Monitor signs and symptoms to detect physiologic and psychosocial changes
• Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses

Qualifications

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred minimum of one year professional nursing experience

Skills

• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
