Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Toddler

About the role

Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to pediatric patients, including those with trach/vent needs.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Utilizing electronic documentation tools in patient homes.
• Supporting patients and families with compassionate homecare.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses require transfer within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred experience

• Six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not mandatory).
