About the role

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs, including trach and vent support. Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
