Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Child

About the role

Provide high-quality homecare for pediatric patients with complex needs, such as trach/vent support, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Duties

• Deliver personalized nursing care in patients’ homes.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in each patient’s home.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, CPR, TB testing, and other healthcare requirements.
• Support patients’ health and safety, working closely with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation and preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience, though not mandatory.
