Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity nursing care to pediatric patients, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent management
- Deliver personalized homecare services in patients' homes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in each patient's home
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
