Private Duty Nurse LPN - High Acuity Toddler Case

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity homecare for pediatric patients, including G-tube and trach management.
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate care and teamwork.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablet in patient homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
